다양한 한국의 맛을 세계에 알리기 위한 브랜드들도 계속해서 준비 중입니다. 

Founded in 2023, Shinbalwon Co., Ltd. operates several brands, including Shinbalwon Oejeon and Dimsum Kitchen. Looking beyond dumplings, we are continuously developing new brands with the goal of introducing a wider range of Korean flavors to the world.

㈜신발원은 1951년 창업해 3대에 걸쳐 이어져 내려오는 부산 차이나타운 의 대표적인 만두전문점 신발원에서 2023년 1월에 설립된 법인으로 만두전문점인 신발원 외전을 비롯하여 제조시설인 딤섬키친, 딤섬키친2 등 다양한 푸드 브랜드들을 운영하고 있습니다. 

 선대의 정신을 바탕으로 시대에 따른 식문화의 트랜드에 발맞춘 서비스 제공으로 더욱 많은 사람들이 ㈜신발원 만두를 맛보고 즐길 수 있도록, 또한 부산역 맞은편에 있는 초량 차이나타운 거리에 방문하는 목적이 될 수 있는 기업이 될 수 있도록 끊임없이 노력하고 있습니다.

Shinbalwon Co., Ltd. was established in January 2023 as the corporate entity behind Shinbalwon, Busan Chinatown’s iconic dumpling restaurant founded in 1951 and operated by three generations of the same family. In addition to Shinbalwon and its takeout brand Shinbalwon Oejeon, the company also operates food manufacturing facilities including Dimsum Kitchen and Dimsum Kitchen 2, along with various food brands. Building on the spirit and values passed down through generations, we continuously strive to provide services that reflect evolving food culture and trends. Our goal is to bring the taste of Shinbalwon’s dumplings to more people and to become a destination worth visiting in the Choryang Chinatown district across from Busan Station.

즉석 만두부터 냉장·냉동 만두, 수제 음료와 소스류, 그리고 당일 생산·당일 판매를 원칙으로 하는 수제 베이커리까지, 신발원 외전만의 폭넓은 맛을 담아냈습니다. 

 신발원 외전은 단순한 또 하나의 매장이 아닌, 전통과 새로운 경험이 함께 공존하는 또 하나의 신발원입니다. 더 넓은 맛의 세계와 새로운 이야기를 담아, 여러분을 기다리고 있습니다.

A New Chapter Beyond Tradition Since 1951, Shinbalwon has carried forward its philosophy and heritage through generations. Shinbalwon Oejeon was created to build upon that tradition while offering new flavors and experiences beyond what could be shared at the main restaurant. True to its name, Oejeon (“a story beyond the original”), it expands the familiar story of Shinbalwon into a broader and more diverse culinary experience. While preserving the depth of tradition, we embrace new ideas and modern tastes to write the next chapter of Shinbalwon. From freshly made dumplings to chilled and frozen products, handcrafted beverages and sauces, and artisan bakery items prepared and sold daily, Shinbalwon Oejeon offers a wider range of flavors unique to the brand. 딤섬키친은 신발원의 만두와 더불어, 딤섬키친만의 신메뉴를 개발하는 등 70년의 노하우로 현대 식문화 트렌드에 발 맞추기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

나아가 23년 9월 취득한 HACCP 인증을 통해 안전하고 깨끗한 제조시설과 위생관리 시스템으로 소비자에게 더 안전하고 깨끗한 음식을 제공드리고 있으며, 23년 네이버스마트스토어 '딤섬키친'을 오픈하여 신발원 만두와 수제베이커리 등 딤섬키친 신메뉴를 판매 중입니다.

Dimsum Kitchen is the dedicated dumpling production facility of Shinbalwon, Busan’s renowned dumpling restaurant with over 70 years of history, and a brand operated under Shinbalwon Co., Ltd., established in January 2023. In addition to producing Shinbalwon’s signature dumplings, Dimsum Kitchen develops new menu items of its own, combining over seven decades of expertise with modern food culture and dining trends. Since obtaining HACCP certification in September 2023, we have continued to provide safer and higher-quality food through strict hygiene management and a clean manufacturing environment. In 2023, we also launched the Dimsum Kitchen online store on Naver Smart Store, offering Shinbalwon dumplings, handcrafted bakery products, and a variety of new menu items developed by Dimsum Kitchen.
